Residential

ANZ Consulting Engineering provided engineering design and special inspections services for the upgrade of the high-rise residential building at 275 South Street in New York, NY. Our services included mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design.  The project included the upgrade of the building’s existing amenities areas including a new event space, tenant gym facility, Residential Lobby and Corridors and new vegetated roof deck. As part of the renovation, new high-efficiency VRF systems were installed. Additionally, all new lighting was provided throughout the building’s public spaces including the new roof deck, and all new exterior/site lighting was provided.
