Company Overview
ANZ Consulting Engineering is a full service consulting engineering firm specializing in the design and inspection of building systems. We are licensed and insured in the States of New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), Connecticut (CT) and are a registered Special Inspection Agency (SIA) in New York City. Our small size enables us to provide intimate design guidance for our clients. All projects are managed and designed by engineers with 15+ years of experience each.
Inspection Service
ANZ Engineering Group is a class II registered Special Inspection Agency qualified to perform inspections in New York City. Special Inspections are required for all construction projects filed on or after July 1, 2008. Special Inspections may only be performed by Special Inspectors working for a NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) approved Special Inspection Agency. Under these regulations implemented by the (DOB), Special Inspections must be conducted to verify that construction complies with the plans approved by the DOB. Special Inspection Agencies must be hired directly by the building owner. All materials, equipment, and installations must be inspected to verify that work is being done in accordance with the DOB-approved plans and specifications. MEP/FP Engineering Services.
