ANZ Consulting Engineering is providing value engineering, peer review, and full MEP/FP engineering design and inspection services for the planned modular hotel in New York City. The building will be the world’s tallest modular hotel standing at 360 feet. The hotel will contain 168 guest rooms, terraces, and a rooftop bar, designed by Danny Forster & Architecture.
