We’re fully licensed and insured in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Washington D.C, Connecticut, and Florida, and we are also a licensed New York City Special Inspection Agency.

In addition to engineering design, we offer construction management and owner’s representation services for new construction and retrofit projects.
Through our sister company, ANZ Inspections and Testing Laboratory, we provide a full range of TR-1 and TR-8 inspections for MEP/FP and structural systems as well as testing services including concrete testing and proof-load testing. We also offer monitoring services—including vibration, crack width, and optical monitoring—for projects involving deep excavation or underpinning.
